How do we frame Environment for nursing?

There’s no single right or wrong way, but there are several options.   Here are some examples of “framing”?

By medium: air, water, food, soil, AND products

By location: home, school, work, community

By life stage:   Embryo/fetus, children, adolescence, adult, elderly

By exposure: Heavy metals, pesticides, etc.
